अमेरिकन हार्ट असोसिएशनच्या अनुसार पुरुषांनी 300 मिलीग्राम कोलेस्ट्रॉलचे सेवन केले पाहिजे, तर महिलांनी 275 मिलीग्राम मर्यादित ठेवले पाहिजे. डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यासह कोलेस्ट्रॉलची नियमित तपासणी करुन निरोगी नैसर्गिक जीवनाचे पालन करण्याची शिफारस केली जाते.नैसर्गिक उपचार

For high Cholesterol
High cholesterol is one of the most commonly found disease worldwide. The lower level of HDL-C and higher level of LDL-C cause the risk of high cholesterol. Some major reasons of high cholesterol are the lifestyle we follow, the stress, the diet we take and lack of exercise.
